3.1 For Candidates (Job Seekers)

  • Free Service: Our recruitment services are completely free for candidates. We do not charge any fees for finding you a job.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided in your CV, application forms, and interviews is true, accurate, and up-to-date. Providing false information regarding qualifications, experience, or Right to Work status may result in immediate termination of our services.

  • No Guarantee: While we strive to find suitable employment for every candidate, we cannot guarantee a job placement or a specific salary offer.

3.2 For Employers (Clients)

  • Terms of Business: The relationship between Global Talent Hire and the Client regarding recruitment fees, rebates, and placement guarantees is governed by a separate “Client Terms of Business” contract, which will be provided upon engagement.

  • Confidentiality: You agree to keep all candidate data provided by us confidential and use it solely for the purpose of recruitment, in accordance with GDPR.

3.3 For Students

  • Advisory Role: Our role is to provide guidance on university courses, applications, and scholarships. Final admission decisions rest solely with the university or educational institution.

  • Visa & Immigration: We provide support and advice regarding student visas, but the final decision to grant a visa lies with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) or the relevant government authority. We are not liable for visa refusals.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Global Talent Hire and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
